Throughout his tenure, Ken has grown the companies ten-fold by focusing on innovative solutions in the natural gas, NGL, and LNG sampling markets, and is the holder of numerous global technology patents. Utilizing his tenured experience Thompson currently leads the operational Business Units for Valtronics / Mustang Sampling, creating a thriving and nurturing environment.

    A mechanical engineer with 25+ years of experience in gas processing, Brad is a well-known and trusted advisor for engineers, EPCs, and RNG project developers. His experience spans every major technology and application in the industry - including both RNG and power generation for ag, landfill, waste water, food waste, and municipal waste projects.

    Mike is responsible for oversight of sales and project delivery for the Company and its operating divisions. Prior to joining the Landfill Group in 2018, Mike spent over 19 years with Caterpillar in its Michigan CAT dealership where he held many positions in sales and service. His involvement in biogas/RNG dates back to 2007 when he began oversight of sales and long-term operations of landfill gas-to-energy sites for Michigan CAT. In this role Mike oversaw sales and ongoing support for over 300MW of electrical generation from landfill gas projects across the country.

    Gellrich is one of the pioneers in identifying opportunities in the H2, CCS, and RNG sectors of the new climate energy economy. He is also CEO and Founder of TopLine Analytics which identifies the downstream impacts of the shale gas revolution in the chemicals, plastics, and manufacturing sectors. He began his career as a Chemical Engineer with ExxonMobil designing compressors for their ethane propane crackers. At TotalEnergies Gellrich held a variety of positions in Strategic Planning, Business Management, and Business Consulting. He was instrumental in founding Elemica, a B2B service for the chemical industry; where he served as Managing Director European Operations.

    Chelsa Oren is a Carbon Consultant at EcoEngineers, a consulting, audit, and advisory firm with an exclusive focus on the energy transition. Chelsa has expertise in assessing and implementing renewable energy projects and decarbonization strategies with clients participating in the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and California Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) programs. Her experience includes modeling carbon intensity and conducting market and feasibility analyses for environmentally preferred operations standards for businesses and other organizations, and publishes reports for both the LCFS and RFS markets to provide future outlooks on credit and RIN generation and the associated impacts on pricing.

    Gus is one of four partners, Chief Innovation Officer, and the Director of Bioenergy Services for Cavanaugh & Associates. He is most excited about the fervent opportunities for bioenergy development in the rural areas within the United States. Gus serves as the Principal Designer and Project Manager for numerous biogas projects across the U.S., including the first three bioenergy projects in North Carolina to put renewable natural gas onto the pipeline. Gus earned a B.S. in Biological & Agricultural Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1997, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states.

    Zach Chapin

    Manager- Business Development Renewable Natural Gas, Dominion Energy

    Zach A. Chapin is Manager- Business Development, in Dominion Energy’s Renewable Natural Gas group. He is responsible for renewable natural gas marketing, on-site operations, and new partnerships. Chapin joined the company in 2015 as Senior Market Development Representative with the Natural Gas Liquids group. In March 2019 he became Business Development Manager- Gas Infrastructure Group, Senior Business Development Manager- Renewable Natural Gas in December 2019, and assumed his current role in January 2022. From 2008 to 2015, he worked in variety of trading, marketing, and transportation positions with Consolidated Grain & Barge, James River Coal, and Southern States Cooperative.

    David Wentworth has over thirty years of senior management experience in the design, development, financing, and operations of independent energy assets with particular emphasis on landfill gas to renewable natural gas/bio methane, landfill gas to energy, and co-generation applications. He has expertise in all core areas of executive management, including corporate strategy, commercial development, structured project finance, environmental and regulatory matters, construction management, operations and investor relations.
